Mile Hi Modern, selling the self proclaimed “coolest homes in town,” wanted to revamp their marketing materials. From pitching their initial services, to all the pieces and parts that sell a development property, to individual web sites that showcased each development and its unique attributes. Our team collaborated with MHM to build high-end print pieces, with low-run requirements in mind, as well as planning, production and content integration for their development sites.
After receiving a download from MHM on their day to day needs, we discussed ways to make their current process better by learning what was working, what wasn’t, and what was missing. Our strategy entailed giving each project a flexible system in order to deliver all the information needed to prospective buyers.
We followed the MHM team from start to finish in their process, beginning with a horizontal, oversized marketing folder. We thought practically with this piece’s function, giving it room for inserts, sales sheets and business cards, and minimally with the design, allowing the photography to do the talking and white space to guide the reader through the piece. Coordinating pieces for development properties included everything from construction fence graphics, lookbooks, floor plans, open house signage, neighborhood guides, websites and more. Each of these pieces were available both in print and digitally to ensure flexibility for the MHM team.
